Shipping Terms
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status at every step.
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Germany
- United Kingdom
- United States of America
- Australia
- Spain
Please note that within the United States, we only ship to the mainland. We do not ship to U.S. territories including:
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
If an order is placed with a shipping address in any of these territories, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage to more regions and appreciate your understanding.
Currently, we provide only standard free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days for all orders.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (see below).
Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs clearance (for international shipments)
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
We are not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you and provide tracking updates. Please contact us at support@primevibe.co.uk if your delivery is taking longer than expected.
You may request order cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing the order.
To modify or cancel your order, email us at support@primevibe.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.
After the 24-hour window, orders may already be in processing or shipped, and we may not be able to make any changes.
Primevibe is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building reception.
- Confirm your shipping address is correct.
- Contact the shipping carrier for delivery confirmation.
- If the issue persists, email us with proof of non-delivery, and we’ll assist you further — including reshipment or refund if necessary.
